Responsible for serving as the expert and system administrator for Mortenson’s Travel and Entertainment credit card program and concur system.
What Will You Be Doing?
A. Manage the company's T&E credit card program, which includes:
B. Responsible for driving workflow efficiencies and ensuring adequate controls are in place
C. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Mortenson’s bankers, Concur representatives, and internal team members
D. Responsible for reporting and analysis to drive future enhancements
E. Perform administrative functions within Concur, such as maintaining employee profiles, researching and resolving inquiries, designating approvers, training new users, etc.
F. Communicate and promote program benefits, enhancements & cardholder responsibilities, and policy changes
G. Develop analytical reports to track card utilization and expenditures to maximize the rebate and financial return from the program
H. Create periodic reporting to monitor T&E policy compliance
I. Ensure that corporate card transactions are reconciled between the Concur system, Oracle and bank systems on a monthly basis
J. Maintain a high level of focus on customer service and ensure responsiveness to internal customer feedback
K. Develop and maintain departmental procedures and training materials
L. Escalate any issues or concerns to management as necessary for transparency and potential resolution
M. Maintain a positive work environment that supports a high level of productivity
N. Maintain daily systems functionality and support system application upgrades and/or new system implementations
O. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
P. Other projects as assigned
