The Director, Corporate Labor Relations will be responsible for establishing and driving Mortenson’s enterprise-wide labor relations strategy and processes. A true business partner, the Director, Corporate Labor Relations will serve as internal counsel on project level union/nonunion workforce decisions. This role will help guide Company strategy for craft team members and be the point person responsible for ongoing labor relations oversight. Additionally, the Director, Corporate Labor Relations will be charged with establishing strong relationships with key partners, including unions, trade associations, academic institutions and other stakeholders.
