Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important. The Customer Services Manager will manage service contracts and purchase orders from conception through executions on many small to large projects at once, including safety oversight, estimating approval, quality adherence, etc. Develop and grow customer relationships and strive for the exceptional customer experience.
Looking for an innovative leader that will be focused on the wind and/or heavy lift industry. Whether it be main component exchanges, turbine retrofits, or troubleshooting an inoperable turbine,
we work with asset owners and turbine OEM’s on strategies to support their service initiatives. Additionally, we develop internal strategies to differentiate Mortenson and provide solutions to our customers in the service industry.
