Mortenson Energy Services is currently seeking an experienced Customer Services Project Manager to manage service contracts and purchase orders from proposal through execution on multiple projects at once, including estimation, proposal, mobilization, safety leadership, quality leadership, cost management, demobilization and warranty management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary as you will interact with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. You will also develop and grow customer relationships striving for an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for a creative leader experienced in the wind service industry and/or heavy lift. Whether it be main component exchanges, turbine retrofits, or troubleshooting an operable turbine, we work with asset owners and turbine OEM's on strategies to support their service initiatives. Additionally, develop internal strategies to differentiate Mortenson and provide solutions to our customers in the service industry.
