    The Accounts Payable Intern will provide administrative and analytical support to the Accounts Payable team. In this role you will:

    • Assist with accounts payable processing by accurately entering invoices into the company's systems
    • Learn how to provide timely escalation of issues
    • Improve customer service skills by responding to questions in a professional, timely, courteous and friendly manner
    • Gain a basic understanding of the role of accounts payable in a large company with a diverse work portfolio


    • Currently enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
    • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel


    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 / 4.0
    • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Tenacious problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and well organized
    • Effective communication skills


    Additional Information:
    This internship is a part-time opportunity (16-20 hours per week) through spring 2019.  It is possible that there will be the option to continue beyond the spring and through the summer full-time. 

    Internship is based in Minneapolis, MN.
