Mortenson is looking for an HRIS Analyst to analyze HR processes and other data processing workflows to support and improve HR systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review HR system capabilities, workflow, and limitations.
KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A. Strong communication and organization skills with some experience in project management
B. Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
C. Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
D. Possess basic understanding of employment law and generally accepted business practices
E. Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
F. Proven ability to apply analytical techniques HR Data, as well as obtain, verify and evaluate general and statistical information
G. Proven ability to work analytically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
H. Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies
J. Understanding of SQL server database structures and reporting services

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
B. Minimum 3 years HRIS administration and analysis
C. Experience in one or more core HR or Talent Management practices (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Recruiting, Learning)
D. Experience working with ERP HR systems (e.g.- Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP)
E. Strong Excel skills with proficiency in MS Office - Word, Access, PowerPoint
