Mortenson is currently seeking a strong performer with the ability to work well with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, inventive, enthusiastic, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.  As an Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations at the Equipment facility. You will play an integral role in leading a wide range of processes on behalf of Project teams, Equipment Facility Teams, Buyers, Equipment Supply Management(ESM), and HQ Leadership.

    This position is on site at Eagle Mountain, UT.

    Responsibilities

    What will you be doing?

    Your organization, flexibility, extraordinary customer focus and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:

    • Receive and process equipment facility orders and returns from the field
    • Generate purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals
    • Coordinate orders through 3rd party equipment rental suppliers
    • Regulate the logistics of the project site and equipment facility
    • Handle the billing of contracts, invoices, and work orders daily
    • Support the Inventory Management team through scheduled reporting, on-demand reporting and discrepancy resolution
    • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies
    • Support the general team by handling cost invoice processing, and team member event coordination
    • Coordinate the ordering of vehicles and reconcile fleet invoicing
    • Lead the Department of Transportation Records and act as driver support
    • Arrange team member travel when necessary

    Qualifications

    Education and skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
    • 3+ years equipment rental experience preferred
    • Intermediate Microsoft office suite experience required
    • Experience with billing software preferred
    • Current driver's license required
    • Able to work on site at Eagle Mountain, UT
