    In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist:


    • Acts as the Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups
      • Develop and update staffing priorities to focus on for each group
      • Work closely with hiring managers in the development of the recruitment and selection plan
      • Advise hiring managers on key decisions throughout the staffing process, including candidate profiles, offer negotiation and process efficiency
      • Establish deep understanding of current labor market trends and conditions to inform attraction and engagement strategies
      • Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing report
      • Source and staff open position and build proactive pipelines
      • Recruit diverse candidates needed to achieve our inclusion and diversity standards
      • Negotiate and manage external resources used for recruiting (i.e. researchers, agencies, Internet service companies, etc.)
    • Develops approach to identify and source exceptional and diverse talent including but not limited to:
      • Direct recruiting
      • Open House gathering
      • Job Fair
      • Internet Recruiting
    • Partners with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing, to coordinating interviews and travel, leading the offer process to on-boarding
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in project and process improvement work



    • Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management, or a related field 
    • Minimum five years corporate recruiting
    • Must have the ability to make recommendations on hiring decisions to upper management
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work
    • Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, e.g., spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (MS Word), applicant tracking systems
    • Strong teamwork orientation
    • Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
    • Detail oriented
