Mortenson is currently seeking a Field Operations Administrative Assistant with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The Field Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for the onboarding, training, and records associated with craft team members. Provides overall training and quality support to the geographic office and project teams.
Manage Craft Onboarding
Assist in management of Craft Training
Manage set up and recordkeeping of Field employment
Assist FOM in Safety and Quality programming
