    • Provide general reception support
      • Greet guests, notify appropriate party, and provide exceptional service
      • Operate multi-line telephone console, utilizing computerized database in answering and transferring calls
      • Professionally and adequately handle queries and provide information to internal and external callers
    • Perform regular administrative tasks and overall office organization
      • Coordinate and set up meetings; manage calendars
      • Assure details for meetings including but not limited to room set up, equipment, catering and technology
      • Research and set up off-site meeting space as needed
      • Set up, organize, and manage filing systems
      • Manage document preparation, record keeping, and filing
      • Order and maintain office supplies
      • Tidy and maintain/stock kitchen area, conference rooms, common areas and supply/storage areas
      • Oversee shipping and receiving of UPS and other packages
      • Understand the operating group and company resources
      • Sort and distribute mail
      • Create UPS shipping labels for team members, ensure shipping as appropriate
      • Set up, organize, and manage filing systems to ensure organized paperwork
      • Perform apparel ordering
      • Assist Team Members with miscellaneous duties and projects
    • Events planning
      • Plan miscellaneous customer and team building events
      • Coordinate ticketing and food orders for customers and team member outings and meetings
      • Research and make restaurant / venue reservations
    • Equipment and supply management
      • Order and track technology items; computers, laptops, tablets, hot spots, and printers
      • Reconcile ESA report
      • Maintain printers; making maintenance calls and stocking supplies
      • Order needed supplies
    • Other duties and projects as assigned


    • Minimum three years administrative experience
    • Associate’s or Bachelor's preferred
    • Construction-related business experience preferred
    • Strong customer needs focus and orientation, with an energetic and positive can-do attitude
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
    • Detail orientation and ability to organize and manage and successfully execute multiple projects
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be flexible as needed
    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
    • Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
    • Thrive in a fast pace, dynamic office environment
