Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Associate Field Services Manager with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important. The Associate Field Services Manager will assist in providing coordination and supervision to technicians. Responsible for verifying technicians work is being executed as expected according to Mortenson Energy Services vision, mission, and strategy.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assists in supervising a team of assigned Field Service Technicians
  • Responsible to assist in planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of Safety, Quality, and Environmental for service, warranty, customer, and special projects
  • Responsible to assist with monitoring and approving work time
  • Provides technical support to site personnel as needed

Qualifications

Required Skills: 

  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Experience in interviewing and hiring preferred
  • Strong time management and self-motivational skills
  • Exemplary customer service orientation
  • Ability to work with a widely-spread staff
  • Working knowledge of engineering procedures, processes, and drawings
  • Current Driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 100% 

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
